Abstract:
We, GhostsProject, conduct collaboration with Cyber Galz for the common purpose of community development. In this collaboration, cyber wearable and limited physical wearable are produced and provided free of charge to the holders of GhostsProject and Cyber Galz. Furthermore, Cyber Galz NFTs are airdropped to Ghostsproject’s holders to provide a new experience with Cyber Galz.

Rationale:
Recently, as the number of instant NFT projects in which project creators and degens participate for short-term returns is increasing, the need for sustainable projects is increasing. Therefore, many people are paying attention to community power as one of the main drivers of making projects sustainable. This is because when the community is activated, the network effect that increases the value of the project between members and makes it continuous is actively generated. So, we want to build up the power of the community by collaborating with another project, Cyber Galz.
1. What kind of project is Cyber Galz?
Cyber Galz is a gynoid NFT content and P2E game platform for cyberpunk and sci-fi enthusiasts. The project is committed to creating a sci-fi metaverse playground that provides various forms of Cyber Galz content from digital art collections, comics, films, and P2E games. Much attention has been paid to the fact that Korean crypto influencers and developers who participated in the production of many Korean games are gathering to create high-quality products and build a solid community.

2. What kind of collaboration are we going to do with Cyber Galz?
The GhostsProject-themed cyber wearable are created and given to the holders of both projects. And 100 physical T-shirts are produced and provided to all holders of the two projects by lottery. In addition, an event will be held to present 10 Cyber Galz NFTs to GhostProject holders.
When the proposal is passed, Cybergalz and JQaun#2214 have the right to leverage GhostsProject logo/IP for future marketing activities related to collaborated parts such as Twitter Event, Poster, Video and etc until the delivery of all of the physical T-shirts.
2.1. Creation of GhostsProject-Themed Cyber Wearable
The GhostsProject-themed cyber wearable will be created officially in the “crafting system” as one of the parts which holders can equip like above NFT characters[e.g. weapon(pipe), clothing(blue&yellow jacket), background(Cyber Galz x GhostsProject), hair, and face wearable(Ghost#0000 Mask)].
The crafting system, which is considered the key to sustaining their solid community, is changing the attributes of Galz(pfp). Cyber Galz has 4 fixed attributes which are skin, eyes, mouth, and cyber wearable, and five changeable attributes which are weapon, clothing, background, hair, and face wearable. All parts will be airdropped for free to the holders of Cyber Galz and GhostsProject. This airdrop is a one-time event. Parts can only be used by Cyber Galz’s holders, but GhostsProject holders can receive all parts without Cyber Galz NFT.
Holders need to have their wallet registered on Immutable X which is a gas-free marketplace for NFTs.

2.2. Production of GhostsProject-Themed Physical T-Shirt
After a total of 100 T-shirts are produced by Cyber Galz, 35 are provided to the holders of the Cyber Galz through the event on the discord server of Cyber Galz. And 10 T-Shirts are given to non-holders of both projects by Cyber Galz.
The 45 T-shirts will be held for the GhostsProject’s holders on the condition that participants enter the Cyber Galz’s Discord server through an event held on the official twitter account of GhostsProject.
The remaining 10 T-shirts will be allocated to JQuan#2214 and SOJA#7777, and will be given by lottery through an event on Twitter Space.
2.3. Cyber Galz NFTs Giveaway
The GhostsProject’s holders are given 10 Cyber Galz NFT(with 18 parts) by lottery.

3. What will be the positive outcomes of this collaboration? What is the reason for anticipating the outcome?
3.1. Fresh inflow of users
This collaboration is an effective activity that can form a positive attitude toward the GhostsProject by exposing the GhostsProject to the external community. It increases the number of potential holders in GhostsProject by using a GhostsProject-themed cyber wearable to holders in Cyber Galz.
Cyber Galz’s holders who have formed a positive attitude are more likely to flow into GhostsProjects than other potential holders, so if there is continuous communication with them, we can expect the expansion of the community accompanying their influx.
3.2. Prevention of departure of holders
Through this collaboration, interacting with other project members and having a new experience will be a fun factor and a catalyst that makes Ghostsproject’s holders more immersed in our Dao journey. In particular, this collaboration can reduce the churn rate due to external risk factors that may occur in the future by enhancing the loyalty of the beneficiary holders to our project.
