Abstract: Building on the success of GIP 31, which effectively deployed Fragment Expansion, Part 2 represents a strategic step forward. This initiative aims to enhance our platform by making fragment expansion more permissionless and autonomous, ensuring scalability and sustainability for future growth.
Rationale :
Fragment Expansion Recap
The execution of GIP 31 successfully expanded the Fragment expansion universe, reinvigorating its narratives and deepening the community’s connection to the project. With a budget allocation of 3 ETH, the initiative enabled the onboarding of 30 talented artists under the expert curation of Mr. Misang. This collaborative creative effort introduced a rich tapestry of artistic interpretations to the Ghosts Fragments, adding depth and dimension to the project’s storytelling while highlighting the remarkable talents within our growing community.
The approval and execution of GIP 31 have been pivotal in broadening the GhostsProject’s universe, breathing new life into its narratives, and strengthening our community’s connection to the project. GIP 31 allocated a budget of 3 ETH, enabling us to onboard 30 talented artists under the guidance of curator Mr. Misang.
This collective creative effort has brought a diverse array of artistic interpretations to the Ghosts Fragments, each piece adding depth and dimension to our story while showcasing the talents of our growing community.
In light of this success, the proposal to extend GIP 31 by onboarding even more artists is both a natural next step and an opportunity to elevate the project further. By expanding the artist roster and amplifying the diversity of perspectives, we can continue to enrich the Ghosts Fragments, deepening the lore and appeal of the GhostsProject.

We also have been developing basic website for Fragment Expansion where expanded pieces can be be highlighted among existing ones.
Plan for Fragment Expansion Part 2
Building on the current website, we will continue the Fragment Expansion rounds under Mr. Misang’s curation. Since we are still in the early phase of Fragment expansion, a full-fledged community has not yet formed. Until a stable community emerges, Fragment Expansion will remain under Council oversight. During this period, the Council will focus on key responsibilities, including marketing, medium- to long-term strategy development, and direct communications with artists (such as interviews). This approach will help prepare us for the project’s final stage.
Website Update
The current website is independent of Web3 technology and designed to expand Fragment Expansion as a light, accessible concept. However, it lacks functionalities needed for the project’s final phase. To address this, we will refine these requirements through ongoing website operations. Based on these specifications, we plan to implement few additional Web3 features for better experience along with visual / onboarding upgrade.
This new platform will not be ready immediately but will evolve in parallel with the ongoing Fragment Expansion rounds. As the DAO model for Fragment Expandison solidifies, we will identify and implement necessary features.
The Council will maintain its existing roles, without direct involvement in the new website’s development.

Fragment Expansion Operation / Timeline
Fragment Expansion will move to a quarterly operational structure. For each of the four rounds conducted annually, the Council will submit a proposal covering artist participation fee. For each quarter, we aim to onboard 30 artists curated by Mr.Misang who will be participating in Fragment Expansion.
We expect the curation → DAO Model to be composed of progressive 3 stage :
- Stage 1 : Current Curation Model
- Stage 2 : Community Curation Model - Community can suggest artist or artist himself can participate in Fragment Expansion by submitting form to Council
- Stage 3 : Full Autonomous Model : Anyone can participate in Fragment Expansion with proposal
At the end of each 6 months, the community will vote on transitioning Fragment Expansion to a Full Autonomous model, which allows permissionless curation model. If approved, we will adapt the operational model accordingly. Should Mr. Misang be unable to continue supporting curation, the Council will work with existing artists and holders to maintain a centralized structure until the Full Autonomous transition.
Artist Onboarding
To further enrich the Ghosts Fragments and elevate the impact of our growing narrative, we plan to expand by onboarding additional artists who bring fresh perspectives and unique artistic styles. This strategy will ensure that the Ghosts Fragments continue to evolve as a vibrant, multi-faceted collection that resonates with an even broader audience.
- We expect to onboard 30 more artists who will be expanding Fragments further.
- Curated Thematic Cohesion: While encouraging diverse styles, we will work closely with our curator, Mr. Misang, to ensure that each new piece aligns with the core themes and aesthetic of the Ghosts universe. This balance will maintain a cohesive storyline while showcasing a range of artistic voices.
Artist Interview
To further deepen our community’s connection with the Ghosts Fragments and showcase the talent contributing to its expansion, we will conduct a series of interviews with the artists participating. These interviews will offer exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into the creative process, inspirations, and individual interpretations each artist brings to the Ghosts universe. This initiative serves multiple purposes:
- Highlighting Artistic Vision: Each artist has a unique perspective and style, and through these interviews, we can spotlight the personal stories, techniques, and motivations that shape their work. This gives the community a more intimate understanding of the Fragments and the artists behind them.
- Curated Storytelling Experience: These interviews will also help establish a cohesive narrative thread across the Fragments. By aligning the artists’ visions with the larger GhostsProject storyline, we can strengthen the narrative and expand it in ways that feel intentional and connected.
By conducting these interviews and sharing them widely, we not only celebrate the contributions of each artist but also invite the community to participate in the creative process, fostering a richer, more collaborative environment around the Ghosts Fragments. This layer of transparency and engagement will further distinguish the GhostsProject as an immersive and artistically driven NFT ecosystem.
Discord Update: Simplifying Community Structure
As part of our commitment to enhancing community experience and ensuring ease of access to all project updates, we propose to change the structure of our Discord server. These updates will focus on streamlining channels, making important information more accessible, and creating a more user-friendly environment for both new and long-standing members.
