We were essentially focusing on two main tasks: reaching out to artists who could help us expand our fragment collection, and developing our website to incorporate a new feature that allows admins to add more pictures to our existing fragment collection.
With our website development nearing completion, we have set new goals and outlined our next steps.
Goals:
- Expand the Fragment collection
- Foster an artist community dedicated to boundless creativity and stories
To achieve these goals, we will:
- Track traffic on Discord and Twitter
- Monitor NFT trading volumes
- Create a shortlist of artists and conduct interviews
- Manage the Fragment website as an admin
- Operate the Fragment Instagram account
- Oversee the Fragment Twitter account (managing the collection)
- Manage the Discord community (acting as a community manager)
