They main key tasks for December should be:

  1. creating a draft guideline for ‘Fragment Expansion’ proposal
  • Once launching website timeline is established, the primary focus during this period should focused on clear communication across platforms like Discord, Kakao talk, and other communities to prevent misunderstandings.
  • Our team will heavily involve into explaining the reasons and necessities for this change.
  • Might need to consider additional explanations about recent inquiries on MYTY and OFF’s direction seem necessary.
  • Preparing a guideline for submitting a proposal, with a target to launch the website. The details will not be extensive, but a basic outline would be covered.
  1. Conducting DAO research
  • As we progress with DAO research, initially adopting a light and flexible research approach seems beneficial.
  • David will give long-list and how-to to Councils to start with our DAO research
  1. Focusing on artist engagement along with Mirror Magazine
  • will establish long-list to start with artist engagement and each council and WG will be a part of artist engagement for our future event
