1. Interview Preparation
Share the artist lists with the Working Group and Council, create a standardized interview format (e.g., Google Doc), and continue drafting questions for the artists. Once the website is live, we will begin sending the interview questions to the artists.
2. Website Open
Due to technical issues, we initially postponed the launch of our webpage. We are actively resolving these challenges and now anticipate going live next week. We apologize for the delay and appreciate your understanding
3. Marketing
We are developing a marketing plan to be launched after the webpage goes live, leveraging social media platforms such as Twitter and Discord.
4. Proposal
We will be meeting with Mr. Misang to discuss the plan for the second round of our ‘fragment expansion.’ After the webpage launch, we may attract artists interested in joining our movement, but we will still need to rely on Mr. Misang’s network to some extent.
