1. Interview Preparation
Distribute the artist lists to the Working Group and Council, prepare a unified interview format (e.g., Google Doc), and continue drafting interview questions for the artists. Once the website launches, we will begin distributing the interview questions to the artists.
2. Website Open
We are currently making the final edits to our webpage and sincerely apologize for the delay. Our Fragment Expansion webpage will be launched this week.
3. Marketing
Prepare the marketing plan starting from 9/2, including platforms like Twitter, Discord, etc.
